  • Preparation: Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
  • Layers: Place crème fraîche and salmon on the bottom of the coddler.
  • Eggs: Beat 1 to 2 eggs and add a pinch of salt.
  • Refine: Sprinkle chopped chives over the top, put the lid on and put the coddler in boiling water for approx. 15 minutes.
